Orlando J. Loera, head of relationship management at the Bank of America’s International Trade Bank, has been promoted to executive vice president. Loera, formerly senior vice president, is responsible for all aspects of trade-finance relationships with the bank’s customers and also serves as a liaison to trade product specialists throughout BankAmerica Corp., the bank’s corporate parent.
