OXNARD : Public Invited to Discuss Land Sale
The Oxnard City Council today will hold a public meeting to consider selling city property in downtown Oxnard that is now the site of the Oxnard Farmers’ Market.
The parcel, located between 6th and 7th streets, west of B Street, would be sold to a developer to construct a 28-townhouse project.
The agreement would require the developer, Heritage Park Partners, to provide nine of the houses to low-income families.
