Seiniger Advertising Joins Circus: The Beverly Hills-based advertising agency, was awarded the creative account for Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey after a three-month review. It is the first time Ringling Bros. has tapped a single agency for its national radio, television, print and outdoor advertising. Billings are estimated at $3 million.
