Scott E. Erickson, 46, on Nov. 29 will take over the position left vacant by the retirement of William Webb in May.

“Scott brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from having worked in the private sector and from his work in the national park system since 1977,” park Supt. David Gackenbach said. “The experience provides him with valuable tools in dealing with park policy, agencies, private groups and organizations.”
