Light Rain to Diminish by Mid-Morning
A storm front moving in from Central California is expected to bring light to moderate rainfall to Orange County this morning, weather forecasters said.
Rain should begin countywide around dawn but taper off by mid-morning, said meteorologists with WeatherData Inc. However, showers may continue through mid-afternoon in isolated areas in the county, they said.
The storm should drop between .10 of an inch and .50 of an inch of rain across the county.
“It doesn’t look like that much precipitation,” Curtis Brack of WeatherData said.
By tonight, skies should be clear and low temperatures in the 40s, Brack said.
