American Health Services Corp.: The Newport Beach operator of diagnostic imaging and radiosurgery treatment centers reported a net loss of $192,303, or 2 cents a share, compared to a net loss of $276,223, or 3 cents a share, for the same period of 1993. Revenue was down slightly to $9.1 million from $9.2 million. For the nine-month period, the company recorded a net loss of $479,333, or 5 cents a share, which included an extraordinary gain of $305,985 from the restructuring of long-term debt. That compares to a net loss of $1.5 million, or 16 cents a share, for the same period of 1993. Revenue dropped to $27.7 million from $28.2 million.
