The Clothestime Inc.: The operator of women’s apparel stores reported that its third-quarter profit dropped to $145,000, or 1 cent a share, from $1.2 million, or 8 cents a share, for the comparable quarter a year ago. Sales for the quarter that ended Oct. 29 declined to $80.4 million from $81.5 million. For the first nine months of fiscal 1994, the company recorded a net loss of $2.7 million, or 19 cents a share, contrasted with profit of $6.1 million, or 42 cents a share, for the corresponding three quarters last year. Sales increased to $257.4 million from $252.5 million.
