Raider Fans Went to Anaheim Stadium, and Soccer Game Broke Out
The following statement was in The Times on Tuesday: “Al LoCasale, executive assistant for the Raiders, defended his fans, saying fights are expected any time half of the stadium is filled with people rooting against the home team.”
If this is the attitude of Raider management, no wonder there are fights wherever the Raider fans go. I have been a Ram season ticket-holder for 24 years, and I have yet to see the San Diego Charger fans that come en masse to Anaheim act like the Raider thugs. Even the Dallas Cowboys and San Francisco 49ers, which always have many fans and are rowdy and spirited, react nothing like the Raider thugs.
