Richard Goodman has been appointed senior vice president and chief financial officer of Taco Bell Corp. in Irvine. He succeeds Peter Bassi, who is being transferred to Dallas-based PepsiCo Restaurants International, a new division of PepsiCo Inc. that will oversee the international expansion of Pepsico’s Taco Bell, KFC and Pizza Hut chains. Goodman had been chief financial officer of KFC International since 1993. Also, Jerry Gramaglia has been appointed senior vice president of marketing for Taco Bell. He had been executive vice president of marketing for Hardee’s Food Systems since 1991.
