Management Pact: A Newport Beach property manager has signed an agreement to manage an additional $43 million worth of commercial properties for the Resolution Trust Corp. Nevander Asset Management Inc. will manage 13 commercial properties located throughout Texas and California. Nevander now manages about $500 million worth of properties in 23 states for the RTC, said Neville Anderson, the company’s chief executive officer. The properties include single-family and multifamily developments, industrial and high-rise commercial ventures comprising more than 3 million square feet as well as 12,000 acres of raw land.
