LYNWOOD : Hospital Dedicates $9-Million Building
St. Francis Medical Center officials recently dedicated a new $9-million, four-story medical office building that offers X-ray, laboratory, ultrasound and pharmacy services and houses physician and dental suites. The building is part of a 10-year, $160-million plan to expand and renovate the medical center complex.
Since 1989, hospital officials have built a new power plant, an emergency-service building and parking structures.
Future projects include a center for obstetric, pediatric and gynecological services and a nine-story complex to replace the main hospital.
