HOLLYWOOD : Prostitute Gets 30 Days in Jail for Death Threat

A convicted prostitute was sentenced to 30 days in jail after pleading no contest to charges that she threatened to kill a woman who objected to her attire, City Atty. Jim Hahn said Thursday.
On Halloween night, Marcia Latrice Wilson, 19, of Van Nuys was standing at Sunset Boulevard and Stanley Avenue wearing an outfit consisting of a black bathing suit, a string bikini thong and see-through net panties.
A 29-year-old woman who lives nearby approached Wilson and expressed an objection to her outfit because children were out trick-or-treating.
Wilson threatened to stab the woman to death, according to Hahn. Two plainclothes officers saw the confrontation, Hahn said.
The city attorney’s office charged Wilson with making a terrorist threat.
She pleaded no contest to the charge Tuesday before Hollywood Municipal Judge Anita Dymant, who imposed the 30-day jail sentence. Wilson also was placed on summary probation and ordered to stay away from the victim.
