The meeting is part of a series of 25 hearings around the state on the proposed plan, which is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Labor. The proposal includes plans for employers to be involved in designing high school curricula to develop a work force better prepared for long-range employment needs.
The Orange County meeting with the task force will take place from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Garden Grove Community Center, 11300 Stanford Ave. For more information, call (714) 588-3915.
