REDONDO BEACH : Briton With Alzheimer’s Disease Reported Missing

A 68-year-old Englishman with Alzheimer’s disease was reported missing Friday, two days after he wandered from his daughter’s home while walking the family dog.

Edward Henry, who was visiting from London, left the 3500 block of Rindge Lane about 2 p.m. Wednesday to walk to a supermarket, police said. They said Henry, who speaks with a Cockney accent, was seen walking north on Aviation Boulevard at Robinson Lane about 90 minutes later.

He is 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighs 250 pounds, and has brown eyes and a medium complexion. He is missing his front teeth. He was was wearing a mustard-colored jacket, mustard-colored pants and brown shoes.

Henry was walking a white poodle that was wearing a red collar with a brass tag.
