Jackie Crave has been named assistant vice president and marketing officer at First National Bank of Ventura. She will oversee business development, working mostly with the bank’s recently expanded Small Business Administration loan department.
Crave joined First National in 1993 after working 18 years for Security Pacific National Bank and two years with Union Bank. She has served on the boards of Ventura County United Way, the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Paula and the Santa Paula Educational Foundation.
* Neal Andrews, founder of Horizon Management Services, a Ventura firm that provides planning and management to clients in the health care and related industries, recently spoke on marketing and innovative methods at a national health-care conference in San Francisco.
Prior to forming Horizon, Andrews was an executive with Blue Cross of California. He also was planning and evaluation chief for the state of Michigan’s emergency medical services unit.
* John Conlan, vice president of operations for Ventura-based Chaparral Associates, spoke on hazardous materials and hazardous waste management guidelines at a recent conference in Long Beach.
Chaparral advises clients about environmental permits, site assessment, hazardous materials management and other environmental matters.
* Ralph Colantuono has joined Hilford Moving & Storage, based in Ventura, as a moving consultant. He formerly handled corporate accounts for Red Ball Movers in the San Fernando Valley.
