NetSoft: The developer and distributor of business communications software for personal computers said Monday it will move its headquarters from Laguna Hills to Irvine next month.

The privately held company said it leased a new building in the Irvine Spectrum business complex to accommodate its recent growth and place it closer to other companies, like computer maker AST Research Inc., in the county’s high-technology industry.

NetSoft’s research, administration, production, customer support, marketing and sales management staff are centralized at the company’s headquarters, where employment has grown from 45 to 105 in the past two years.
