Southern California Home Sales Up in November: Declining prices and a surge in buying in inland areas were factors in the increase, a real estate information service reported. According to Dataquick Information Systems of La Jolla, 15,655 new and resale houses and condos were sold in Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange, San Bernardino, San Diego and Riverside counties last month. The total was 1.2% more than the month before and 0.4% above November, 1993. Throughout the region, 188,137 homes were sold from January through November of this year, up 14.1% from 1993.
