DRIVE-THRU NATIVITY: Motorists and their passengers will be able to drive slowly past living Nativity scenes from the biblical stories of Jesus’ birth at Santa Clarita United Methodist Church on Sunday and Monday evenings.

The re-enactment of the first Christmas by church members is narrated in a tape recording that will be handed to drivers as they bring their cars onto church property from Espuella Street, next to the church at 26640 Bouquet Canyon Road and just north of the Bouquet Center Shopping Plaza. Tape players will be furnished to those who do not have them in their cars, a spokesman said.

The free production, which lasts about 15 minutes, will run continuously from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday.
