Bridgford Foods Corp.: The Anaheim producer of convenience foods said profit for its fiscal year ended Oct. 28 reached $6.1 million, or 65 cents a share, 9% higher than the $5.6 million, or 59 cents a share, recorded for the prior year. Sales increased to $108.9 million from $105.1 million. For the fourth quarter, profit was up 12% to $1.9 million, or 20 cents a share, from $1.7 million, or 18 cents a share. Sales rose to $28.4 million from $27.6 million.
