Getting a Taste of Cuban Cuisine--in Writing

This letter is in reference to a review (OC Live!, Dec. 1) of a Cuban restaurant in Tustin called Rafi’s, written by Max Jacobson.

I would like to congratulate Mr. Jacobson for doing such an outstanding job in capturing every detail of the intricacies of the Cuban cuisine. I have never been so impressed by an article being written about my native food.

I am very appreciative that he took the time to extend in writing a taste of the delicious flavor of some of our Cuban delicacies.
