Freeway Name Should Reflect Traffic Snarl

Regarding the state Legislature’s renaming the Simi Valley (118) Freeway the Ronald Reagan Freeway: The better name would be “Trickle-Down Freeway” in view of the way traffic moves on it during rush hours.
