CKE Tries Picante Grill: CKE Restaurants Inc., parent company of the Carl’s Jr. chain, also is looking to the future with Picante Grill, a Mexican-style fast-food restaurant.
The first Picante Grill opened recently inside a Carl’s Jr. restaurant in Orange. The location offers both Carl’s Jr. regular fare and Mexican-style fast food.
The company, based in Anaheim, hasn’t said yet how many of the dual-use restaurants it will open.
