Changes at Quiksilver: Quiksilver Inc. announced five promotions on Monday, including the promotion of Randall L. Herrel Sr. to president and chief operating officer of the Costa Mesa-based apparel and accessories company.
Bert G. Fenenga was appointed senior vice president and chief financial officer; Gregory W. Ziegler, senior vice president for production; Tom Holbrook, senior vice president for sales, and Daniel C. Kwock, senior vice president for marketing.
Herrel, 43, joined Quiksilver in June, 1989, as chief financial officer and treasurer. He has been serving as chief financial officer, chief operating officer and treasurer for the company since 1991.
