Roughly 400 seats are still available for the Jan. 25 benefit performance of Cirque du Soleil, which has sold out the rest of its run at Costa Mesa’s South Coast Plaza mall. All proceeds will benefit Childhelp USA, a Los Angeles-based nonprofit organization providing treatment for severely abused children. The Childhelp National Child Abuse Hotline (800-4-A-CHILD), a 24-hour resource for children and adults, will also benefit from the event. Tickets are $35 or $75, which includes a post-performance reception at Crystal Court with the Cirque’s cast and crew catered by 17 local restaurants. (213) 386-8014.
