Israeli Troops Kill Palestinian in Clash

JERUSALEM —
Israeli troops shot and fatally wounded a Palestinian on Saturday during a clash near Ramallah in the occupied West Bank, Palestinian sources said.
Palestinians named the dead man as Ahmed Mahmoud Hamad, 20. They said he was shot near the Kalandiyah refugee camp during a clash between Israeli troops and Palestinians throwing stones. He died shortly afterward in a hospital.
