Ira Coron, chairman and chief executive of Camarillo-based California Amplifier Inc., has been named a director of Wireless Cable Assn. International, a trade group for wireless distributors of cable television programming. The group is based in Washington.

California Amplifier produces satellite and wireless cable products for worldwide distribution.

* John Radak has been named vice president and controller of Sunrise Medical Inc.’s Guardian Products division in Simi Valley. He was formerly vice president of finance for a subsidiary of Bird Medical Technologies Inc.

Radak replaces Bill Rossi, who has moved to a new position with the parent company. Sunrise, based in Carlsbad, produces medical products for institutional and home care.

* Joe Amodio has been named vice president of European sales for Data Exchange Corp., a Camarillo firm that manufactures and repairs computer-related peripheral products. He was previously international sales manager of Fujitsu Europe, a unit of Japan’s Fujitsu Corp.

* Neal Andrews, founder and chief executive of Horizon Management Services in Ventura, was special moderator of a panel discussion at the Conference Board’s strategic management conference in Los Angeles.

* The law offices of Alan M. Horwitz have relocated from Camarillo to the Pacifica Plaza Building in Westlake Village. The firm specializes in business law, commercial transactions, probate and wills.
