“Frasier,” “ER,” Jonathan Winters, George Lucas, Tom Snyder’s “Tomorrow” show and “My So-Called Life,” which is fighting to retain a place on ABC, are among honorees of the Museum of Television & Radio’s 12th annual Los Angeles festival, it was announced Tuesday.

The public festival, which will be held March 1-17 at the Directors Guild Theatre, 7920 Sunset Blvd., will also offer evenings devoted to “Law & Order,” “Chicago Hope,” “The X-Files,” “Batman,” “Mystery Science Theater 3000” and “Magnum, P. I.”

As in the past, the New York-based museum will present the sessions as seminars featuring the individuals being honored, as well as the casts, producers, writers and directors of many of the designated programs, in addition to screenings of shows.
