South County : Moorlach to Speak at Chambers Meeting

John M.W. Moorlach, former candidate for county treasurer, will be the keynote speaker Friday during a meeting of the South Orange County Chambers of Commerce.
Moorlach, a certified public accountant, will speak about the county’s financial crisis during the chamber’s legislative action meeting.
The meeting will be from noon to 2 p.m. at the South County office of the United Way, 23241 South Pointe Drive, Laguna Hills.
