Stamp Will Honor POWs

The Postal Service will issue a new stamp honoring American veterans who were prisoners of war and those still missing in action. Postmaster General Marvin T. Runyon Jr. on Thursday announced that the 32-cent stamp will be issued on Memorial Day, May 29. The design is not complete, postal officials said.
