Harrosh Buys Sizable Stake in Computer Firm: California investor Joseph Harrosh disclosed that he has acquired a 5.7% stake in Network Systems Corp. and said he has grave concerns about its pending merger with Storage Technology Corp. The two computer companies agreed last August to merge. A Network Systems shareholder meeting at which the deal would have been voted on was postponed indefinitely. Harrosh said he most recently bought 256,800 shares of Network Systems on Tuesday at an average price of $5.62 per share.
