Colombia Quake Toll Hits 46; Hope Wanes

PEREIRA, Colombia —
Searchers using dogs crisscrossed the ruins of downed buildings, but hope of finding more survivors from a powerful earthquake that killed at least 46 people dwindled Friday.
At least two more bodies were pulled from a flattened five-story apartment building Thursday night. Rescuers said they also could see the bodies of three adults and three children buried by tons of debris from the 6.5 quake.
