ICU Medical Inc.: The San Clemente maker of medical products recorded 1994 annual profit of $2.9 million, or 39 cents a share. That compares with 1993 profit of $3.3 million, or 45 cents a share, which included a gain of $295,000 from an accounting change. Sales were up 45% to $16.5 million from $11.4 million. Fourth-quarter profit declined to $729,000, or 10 cents a share, from $1.1 million, or 15 cents a share, in the 1993 fourth quarter. Sales increased to $5 million from $3.6 million.
