Higher Bus Fares

* Great! Bus fares have been raised. Buses are used primarily by people who cannot afford other means of transportation. If we want to help people keep their jobs and keep off welfare, we should lower bus fares and take other measures consistent with what we say is our goal: to help the poor become financially self-supporting.
