Styles On Video Inc. said Guy de Vreese resigned as chairman and chief executive of the Canoga Park maker of computer imaging systems used in hair salons.

In addition, Charles Plumb resigned as president just one month after being named to the post.

No reason was given for their departures.

The resignations followed other recent turmoil at the company. In December, Styles On Video’s stock trading on the American Stock Exchange was halted after the company’s chief financial officer and its independent accountants resigned and after the release of an industry analysts’ report citing possible accounting irregularities at the company. Styles On Video said this month that trading of its stock was halted until the stock exchange audited and reviewed its 1994 financial records.
