Luther Medical Products Inc.: The Tustin firm has decided not to sell five patents for $5.5 million because the buyer was unable to satisfy necessary sale conditions.
The manufacturer of catheters and catheter systems had announced Jan. 27 that it reached an agreement, subject to numerous conditions, to sell the patents to Critikon, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson.
