DANA POINT : City Hot Line Answers Queries on Recycling
- Share via
The city has started a telephone hot line for residents who have questions or comments about solid waste and recycling.
The hot line allows the city to respond to inquiries in a more efficient way, according to Mort August, director of public works and engineering services.
For example, a resident may want to use the hot line to ask to be exempted from trash service. The caller can leave his or her name, address and telephone number, and the city will respond.
People may leave messages on the hot line’s voice-mail system. The number is (714) 248-3596.
All calls related to billing information and containers used for recycling should be directed to Solag Disposal Inc. at (714) 240-0446.
