Safeguard Health Enterprises Inc.: The Anaheim managed-care company posted profit of $1.3 million, or 27 cents a share, for 1994, down from earnings of $4 million, or 83 cents a share, for the previous year. Annual revenue rose 12% to $70.5 million from $62.8 million. For the fourth quarter, the company’s profit dropped to $216,000, or 5 cents a share, from $1 million, or 22 cents a share, for the same period a year earlier. Three-month revenue increased 13% to $18.1 million from $16 million.
