CDB Infotek: The privately held information services company said Wednesday that it has acquired all the stock of Innovative Data Services Inc., a Delaware corporation that provides keypunch, data entry and database creation services.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not released.

CDB Infotek, based in Santa Ana, said it expects Innovative Data to be maintained as a wholly owned subsidiary with operations in the United States and Mexico.
