Treasury Auctions One-Year Bills: Interest rates on 52-week T-bills fell to their lowest level in three months. The average discount rate was 6.16%, down from 6.59% at the last auction Feb. 2. It was the lowest rate since the bills averaged 6.09% on Nov. 10. The bills carry an equivalent coupon interest rate of 6.57%, with each $10,000 in face value selling for $9,377.20. Sales totaled $17.25 billion out of bids of $48.22 billion.
