TV: Television programming supplier Producers Entertainment Group, co-producer of the hit show “Dave’s World,” disclosed a revamping and shake-up. The Beverly Hills company said Chief Executive Harvey Bibicoff, who remains a consultant and shareholder, resigned as an officer and director of the company. Irwin Meyer will be the new CEO. Bibicoff will be succeeded on the board by Arthur H. Bernstein, senior vice president and head of business and legal affairs. Separately, the company said it is creating an independently financed production and distribution company with one of its former directors and executives, Drew S. Levin, and will hold a 19.9% equity interest in the new firm. The company also named film and television executive Charles Weber and producer Michael I. Levy to its board.
