Cimco Inc.: The Costa Mesa manufacturer of plastic components and thermoplastic materials said its loss for the third fiscal quarter narrowed to $146,000, or 5 cents a share, from $439,000, or 15 cents a share, for the same period a year earlier. Sales for the quarter ended Jan. 31 rose 24% to $21.1 million from $17 million. The company posted a year-to-date loss of $1.3 million, or 42 cents a share, compared to a loss of $305,000, or 10 cents a share, for the same period a year earlier. Nine-month sales were up 9% to $59.6 million from $54.9 million.
