Lauren Williams has been named 1994’s top producing agent at Herrick & Co., a Ventura real estate brokerage. She works at the firm’s office on Telegraph Road.
Sandi Bennett-McBride was named top listing and sales agent in Herrick’s Seaward Avenue office.
* Lauretta Haley has been named employee of the year at Ventura-based American Commercial Bank. She was chosen in a poll of bank employees.
A senior note clerk at American’s downtown branch on Main Street, Haley was chosen for her “personal touch” in helping customers, according to bank officials. She has been with the bank for nearly four years and has 14 years of banking experience.
* John C. Clay has been named Thousand Oaks representative for the Edward D. Jones & Co. securities firm. He formerly was Camarillo manager of Metropolitan Life Insurance Co.
* Robert Hill of Oxnard has been installed as president of the Tri-Counties Air Conditioning & Sheet Metal Contractors Assn.

* Linda Bowersock has been named assistant vice president for distribution services at Wausau Insurance Cos. in Wausau, Wis. She joined the firm as a service office correspondent in Ventura in 1979 and has also been an assistant account representative in Thousand Oaks.
