Comprehensive Care Corp.: The Newport Beach health care management and behavioral medicine services company said Tuesday it has sold its 136-bed hospital in Sacramento to SPS Healthcare Inc. for $3.9 million. A note for $3.35 million is being carried by the company for a year. Comprehensive Care said it is continuing to seek buyers for its remaining two hospitals in Texas and Florida.
