A four-night ski package is being offered at Taos Ski Valley in New Mexico from March 27 to April 9. What the resort calls its “super saver” price is $198 per person, based on double occupancy, and includes four nights at the Quality Inn in Taos (doubles during high season are usually $99 per night), a three-day lift pass (normally $37 a day in high season) and taxes. Using this package, two people would shave more than $200 off high-season rates. The deal does not include transportation to the ski area, 19 miles away from Taos. Round-trip shuttle transportation is $5. There are no blackout dates. Reservations: (800) 776-1111. A spokeswoman said there are 115 inches of snow on the slopes.
