Sagebrush Financial Corp. of Las Vegas has purchased 15.5 acres, the largest undeveloped parcel of land in the Oxnard Auto Center, for $1.55 million. Bruce A. Boring, a consultant with Grubb & Ellis Co., said the land will be developed for a 100,000-square-foot showroom for auto dealerships Mike Wallace Ford and Pacific Coast Nissan. . . .
