Channel Islands Equities Arranges Sale of Menda

Channel Islands Equities, an Oxnard investment banking firm, helped arrange the sale of a Menda Scientific Products Inc., a Santa Barbara concern, earlier this month.
Menda, a producer of various consumer products, was owned by David Landecker, who will remain active in the company, reports Channel Islands President Stephen D. Woodworth.
Woodworth did not identify the new owners but said they are local private investors. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Channel Islands provides merger, acquisition and financing assistance to emerging growth companies in central and Southern California.
