Grace CEO Quit After Sex Harassment Allegations: Grace & Co. Chief Executive J.P. Bolduc resigned earlier this month following allegations of sexual harassment, the company said. At the time, the company attributed Bolduc’s unexpected departure simply to “differences of style and philosophy.” According to a story in Thursday’s editions of the New York Times, at least five women employees complained of Bolduc making suggestive remarks and engaging in unwelcome physical contact on many occasions over a period of several years. Reacting to the allegations of sexual harassment, Bolduc’s lawyer said that the former chief executive “absolutely, categorically and vehemently denies” the complaints. Gerald Walpin, Bolduc’s attorney, added that the allegations “had no play, were not the reasons he resigned.”
