A man was indicted on charges of threatening President Clinton and U.S. Atty. Gen. Janet Reno. Paul F. Walling Jr., 49, was arrested last year in Cape May, N.J., while walking toward a stolen vehicle brimming with handguns, semiautomatic rifles and ammunition.
