DVI Inc.: The Irvine provider of equipment financing and related services said Friday that it has agreed to sell $57 million of medical equipment-backed loans to ContiTrade Services Corp., a unit of Continental Grain Co. DVI said a $42-million pool of loans was funded under the agreement March 30 and that it will deliver the balance of the loans before June 30.
