Disney Sued by Estate of Ex-Employee: The estate of an ex-Walt Disney Co. executive who died of an AIDS-related illness sued the Burbank firm, alleging the company cut off his benefits and insurance. According to the lawsuit, filed in federal court in Los Angeles, Disney officials forced Robert Jahn, who lay dying in the hospital, to sign away his rights to $2.73 million in life insurance, stock options, deferred salary, year-end bonus, accrued vacation time and other benefits. Jahn, who died last May 19 from complications due to HIV, was a senior vice president of creative services for Walt Disney Pictures & Television. Disney spokesman John Dreyer was unsure if the company had received the complaint and declined comment.
